<How to order>
Select the options and quantity from the product page you want and add it to your cart.
After your order is complete, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check your spam folder or check the status of your order in your order history.
Please read the following precautions before placing your order:
1) The color of the product may differ from the image due to lighting conditions and indoor lighting conditions.
Also, depending on the monitor settings of your smartphone or PC, the color of the actual product may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen, so please understand this before purchasing.
2) Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept requests to change the color or size of the product, so please double-check before placing your order.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products after delivery for reasons such as size changes, different colors or images, or actual measurements being different from the customer's expectations, so we ask that such people refrain from purchasing.
3) There may be fraying, loose threads, no washing tags, wrinkles, or loose beads or buttons.
Please note that the size may vary by 2-3cm from the actual size and that the color may differ depending on the monitor.

[About the shipping company]
We use Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, and Eco-Hai for delivery.
*Please note that cash on delivery service may not be available in some areas, such as remote islands, and that we may not be able to specify a delivery date and time.
[Shipping times]
In-stock items: Ships within 3 business days of order (payment).
Pre-order items will be shipped within 14 business days of your order (payment).
[About shipping and separate shipping of products]
We may ship items separately to ensure faster delivery.
If your order is large, it may be shipped separately.
Please rest assured that no additional shipping or handling fees will be charged in this case.
[How to change your shipping address]
If you would like your order to be delivered to a different address than the one you entered when placing your order, please contact us by email (info@eloops.jp).
However, please note that changes may not be possible depending on the delivery stage.

[If delivery is not possible due to refusal to accept delivery, long-term absence, or unknown address]
Please note that if you enter an incorrect shipping address when placing your order, the product may be returned to our shipping source as undeliverable.
If the product is returned due to refusal to accept, long-term absence, unknown address, etc., it will be treated as a cancellation due to customer convenience.
If a product is returned to our shipping point as undeliverable, the product will be discarded or disposed of at our discretion.
In this case, please note that we will not be able to reship the product, refund the product price, or take any other action regarding the product in question.
*Please note that we may refuse your order if we determine that it is a prank order.
[Regarding returns]
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has arrived.
If the delivered product is found to be defective or is different from the product you ordered, we will accept a return or exchange for the same product.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products if you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving the product.
If you would like to exchange or return the product, please contact us specifying which option you would like and attach a photo of the defective part.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Items that have been delivered more than 6 days ago
・Used, altered, washed, or cleaned items
・Products that have acquired an odor, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
[Regarding refunds]
・If you paid by bank transfer or convenience store payment when ordering, we will refund you by bank transfer to your designated account.
We will transfer the funds within three business days after receiving your email reply with your designated account number.
Please note that convenience store payment fees will be borne by the customer.
If we refund a portion of the amount you paid when ordering a product, the convenience store settlement fee for that refund will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we will not be able to refund you if you do not respond to our contact regarding your designated account.
Furthermore, we cannot refund to a bank account in the name of anyone other than the person who placed the order.
If you paid by credit card when ordering, we will refund you through your credit card company.
- If the product is returned to our dispatch location after it has been shipped as undeliverable, we will not accept any refunds for the product price, regardless of the reason.
